Working principle：

Our duct making machine is driven by motor, after the turbine reduces speed, it will make molding mandrel working, and one helical gear and two spur gears meshing, pulling steel belt, rolled by four steels and rolled up, the steel belt will twine on helical gear, the again roll up and mesh, finally being spiral duct. 

The length of molded duct is controlled by limit switch, can be adaptable as you require, and cut by cutting grinding wheel. 

Adjusting and operating：

1，          Installing steel belt：take off the belt roll cover, and put in the blank. Then the belt will be adjusted by three slide blocks, the three bolts can meet various diameters.

2，          How to make wave:

（1）Cut the end of steel belt like this:

Then get the steel belt go through guide plate, loose the tight bolt, send the belt between the upside and downside wheels, then tight bolt. The pressure shouldn’t be much heavy so that crinkled. 

Maintenance ：

1，          Reduction gearbox use 32# machine oil, oil height should not be lower than scale mark.

2，          Spindle is made of taper bearing, you should adjust the gap to ensure rolling easily and also no loosening. Feeding lubricating oil regularly.

3，          Because it is not easy to save oil on the surface between mandrel and formed head, after long time working and before next starting up, please feed machine oil, don’t let dry friction.

4，          The wheel of pressing wave is fastened by round nut, so after maintenance, please tight the nut again.
